Not at all! Everyone starts somewhere. Whether you're a total beginner or getting back into fitness, training will be adapted to your current level. Progress comes with consistency, not perfection.
Comfortable workout clothes, a water bottle, and a towel. If you’re boxing, bring your own gloves and wraps if you have them; otherwise, we can provide equipment for your first few sessions.
Most sessions are 45 to 60 minutes, depending on the program and your goals.
It depends on your goals and schedule. Most clients start with 2–3 sessions per week for best results and build from there.
